Yet another little “surprise” contained within Obamacare is a slush fund that is so convoluted it took the Congressional Research until this past February to total it all up – $105 billion. Others say it’s open ended and therefore potentially unlimited, and it lies outside of the traditional Congressional purse strings.
The slush fund is designed to entice states with giveaways to implement Obamacare.
Politifact, FactCheck and The Washington Post all confirm the slush fund exists.
Rep. Fred Upton, Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, has introduced HR 1213 which would eliminate the massive Obamacare slush fund.
Call your Members of Congress and tell them to eliminate the Obamacare Slush Fund and support HR 1213.
